Virtual Bookkeeping Services
As your virtual bookkeeper, I will maintain and update your books all while working remotely. I will not need to be added to your payroll, so you save money on the costly expenses and benefits you would pay out with a W2 employee, and because I am virtual, I can be located anywhere in the country. Got to love technology! As your bookkeeper I will ensure your books are accurate and up-to-date throughout the year, so you can spend that time doing breakthrough work. As your bookkeeper I will categorize your transactions, reconcile your accounts, and ensure they are correct and current. I will then provide customized financial statements and meet with you on a monthly basis to go over the numbers. During our meetings, you will gain a better understanding of your business’ strengths and weaknesses. I will help you understand your business’ finances so you can be confidently prepared to master tax season with your accountant.

Monthly Services
Typical monthly services include: Recording and categorizing transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, inputting month-end adjusting journal entries. We compile financial reports: Income Statements (Profit and Loss), Statement of Cash Flows, and Balance Sheet Statements. We provide monthly and quarterly meetings to go over statements, business budget and next steps.

McMillan Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC can work with your CPA at the end of the year so that they have all of the correct information they need to file your taxes. We can provide them with accurate financial statements and make year end adjustments.
